4 stars: Checking on this app makes my ph apps more secure but except one which is not found in FNQ. My Spen is ok when I checked up with this app but Spen icon shows not connected and can't use air command either or hovering over phone. Can't take photo by Spen too. There's no answer to make me please or no guidelines how to repair it. Thanks
5 stars: I only installed this to say please make it easier to turn the phone camera(s) OFF completely. I hate when people and companies spy. You make it difficult to turn off the camera(s) because you want us to leave it on so you can spy. Stop it.
3 stars: it's unfair to give expensive galaxy buds live for buying a cheap Samsung A52S phone. It's one thing to buy a Samsung Galaxy S21 / + / Ultra, the price of which is a thousand euros and an empty package bundle. But giving headphones for 170 € when buying a device of 429 € is really disrespectful and an insult to those who paid +/- 1000 €. generally dishonest policy.
4 stars: It's a good app, and easy to use. And the people from Samsung on it are very helpful. But I don't like that you can't sign out of the app. I mean it doesn't have a sign out button. The only way I can sign out is clear cached and data in my phones settings! So I'm taking the app off my phone. If I need to talk to Samsung I will talk to them on the browser by searching for it on Google.
