4 stars: Play as a virus/plague/evil doctor. Goal is to kill the patient in various scenarios. Almost as fun as its main competitor (more expensive to unlock everything as well too). You're asking me, is it worth unlocking? I'd say so, it does make the game easier. Overall, fun game to kill time with. 4/5 stars.

4 stars: It would be a fair if this Bio Inc have the same moveable figure like the Bio Inc Redemption, although this one is offline while the other one is online, but it would be cool if you add some moveable figure into this one, overall was ok, nothing problem with it
5 stars: Super-awesome (not to mention, also a super-addictive) game all-around! Lots of fun from the very beginning of the game all the way up to its final moments!!!
5 stars: Love it! Teaches you different medical illness's, how being unhealthy can actually kill you. Love the animations.
5 stars: I really like this game, only reason I gave 4 stars is because the screen is not optimized for my galaxy s10+ so it cuts off on the right side slightly and affects being able to read some things. Please fix this and I will give 5 stars for sure. (update I switched the app to full screen mode and gameplay doesn't seem to be affected so that's a definite 5 stars!)
