3 stars: 3 stars because of their customer service. I've contacted them multiple times regarding different issues and they are never able to resolve anything. The head of their customer relations is not qualified and should be replaced. Other than customer service, great app. I love the coupons they give you. I never thought I would be using this app, but now I use it quite often. I prefer the pickup option though.
4 stars: On a couple of occasions i have experienced no delivery available, after waiting up to an hour. The number of available delivery riders in an area should be shown, to give the customer some idea of the likelihood of a delivery. If no delivery riders assigned in 30 minutes the order should be cancelled by uber eats at no cost to the customer. And the customer informed by text.
4 stars: I use this app at least 3 times per week. It's very reliable and quick. I just wish it provided discounts based and all the orders I make. It seems that it only provides promocodes for people that haven't downloaded the app so they can get hooked, but once you have it discounts are gone.
3 stars: Everything about the app is great except the push notifications. To me they are excessive and there does not appear to be a way to scale them down without shutting them off completely. Dev Team... please get rid of all ot these suggestion messages. Only push notifications about my order, otherwise stop pestering me with unwanted content. PLEASE
