3 stars: Lots of work to be done. First, it barely works in their own park, on the wifi that they provide. 2. You have to call to add a second person to share the tickets and room keys? The food ordering part barely works half the time. The map and wait times are convenient however.
3 stars: Does not provide easy access to ride info re wait times and repairs. Restaurants are grouped together. All Entries should be grouped separate tely by park so all rides, restaurants, shops etc are in one place for each park. Crashes alot. My experience info re the user's plans is often incomplete, incorrect, or temporarily missing. The technology is available. This is sloppy and not up to Disney standards!
4 stars: It's very helpful \u0026 necessary for anyone planning a trip to WDW. Issue that needs to be fixed is the Dining Reservation, it says there's availability for a specific restaurant but when trying to find a time there's none. 3 stars: It has been difficult for me to find my stuff like hotel, tickets, etc. Buying bands was easy, but I have no idea how to transfer info onto my bands or get fast pass access. Probably just me!😂 I am super excited about going to Disney World, just wish it was easier to navigate the technical stuff!
