5 stars: I'm gonna keep the faith. I just know that you are working hard to fix the issues that have started to kick me off whatever puzzle I am working on. Keep at and I'll try and keep positive! Update to yesterday's review, I ended up contacting the developer and received a response and resolution. So, once again I am back to puzzling without issue. Still my favorite and the most used app on my phone.
3 stars: Been playing for a long time and log in daily yet the last 2 days now... It freezes and crashes consistantly. I was able to actually play a game yesterday before it froze and crashed and then today when i finally was able to get it to load, it shows no game activity for yesterday... And then it crashes and is nor responding. Please fix soon. Seems to be having issues since the update.
5 stars: Up until yesterday I would gave given it a 5, I was really enjoying the game. Decided yesterday to subscribe as I want to play more. Surprise.... no longer works. Screens lock up and I have to reboot tablet to get it working again... Update. Emailed support and they sorted out within a few hours. Excellent service. Back to 5 stars
3 stars: I love this app and have done every daily puzzle since July 2019 with very little (if any) technical issues. I would give it 5 stars but, all day today, the app keeps shutting down after a minute or so. Very frustrating and needs to be fixed.
