4 stars: Really used to like this app. Slowly was climbing the ranks to book at higher rate drop. But lately the base discount price seems to have risen. Matching the rates available online at other sites. The deals used to be really good and found exclusively on the app. Other than that it's been problem free booking and it's neat and easy to navigate.
5 stars: I highly recommend this app over the other hotel apps. I got better prices for my stay and the coustmer service was above and beyond the other apps. They took the time to help when I had a check in issue. I felt heard and taken care of. They made sure I was refunded my full amount of money and help me book another room at a better price and better Hotel called The Club Quarters. Im very please with this app and its services.
5 stars: Booked a hotel about 5 days before I arrived to the city and had no issues at all. I read some people had issues with their reservations and hotel location but I did not as I know where I was trying to book. I'll definitely use this app again
3 stars: I swore by this app for at least 6 -8 years. But now i can find at least 6 plus sites that are significantly cheaper for the same hotels. Im very bummed. This WAS a quick inexpensive, and efficient way to book a hotel room
