4 stars: Would not allow me to take 2 pictures and upload. I had to save to my gallery then attach from there to my claim. Using it for more than 2 years now. I like seeing the document, when uploaded. Cuts down on mistakes. I'm enjoying this app.
5 stars: Easy to use, straight forward buttons on the app. If anything, call them directly and they will help. Great service provided so far, no problems for me whatsoever. Love that they have intellogent updates to improve the UI. If I can suggest something is add a feature to upload saved pdf documents. Many thanks!

5 stars: Very easy to use. I did accidentally close the app and lost my submission right before I hit save. Would have been nice to have the info auto save on each page to avoid re-entry. Overall I enjoyed using the app!
4 stars: Easy to submit claims; however there are times when taking a picture of the claim resulted in being kicked out of the app and having to start over.
4 stars: When I checked my banking info to see if it was correct. I pressed save and because I didn't make any changes it won't let me get back to the screen to submit my claim. I had to change my banking info save it and then change it back to get to the submit claim screen.
