5 stars: Took a while to adjust from using a tab to the app, but I love it now. Love the recommendations. As for the website, I'm a regular shopper but over 45 and would really appreciate more sustainable, classic pieces, and more mature design items. I love a blazer dress as much as the next woman, but I also need things for work!

5 stars: I am converted. (editing from first go years ago) I really like the interface and received very good quality items already. I have had to return a couple of items today and it's my first experience doing so, so depending on how well that process goes (so far so good) then it's a five star rating from me. Update: return process simple and efficient and still enjoying buying items from asos.
5 stars: So easy to use. The stock notifications are great, except the items tend to go out of stock again immediately before I get chance to order, but that's not the app's fault I guess. It must be that the notifications are so effective that it allows people to order so quickly.
