5 stars: I have been using your app for a few years. That was great. But recently I tap the record button in the app, nothing happened. I have tried reinstall the app and give all the permission the app needed and switch the camera api, problem still here. I am using Galaxy S10 with Android 11. I searched the faq and discord and didn't find the solution. Could you look into it. Thanks your great work.
3 stars: Good app but sometimes it will save the file but it does not play after pressing play. The file info demonstrates there are several gigs of data but are not playable. Are they corrupted? Is there someone who can help with this, this is the second time this happens after recording with this feature after pressing record and side button to lock screen. I understand it's supposed to continue recording even after pressing that button?
5 stars: It is an awesome app. I have been using this app for PC several years. But recently when I turn the screen off and and unlock. The recording will stop. I have disable the face unlock. And still figure out what causes this issue. My phone is S21+.
4 stars: so far it's the best background cam app I've found, and I've tried about 6 other apps. the one has the best options and the user interface is the easiest to navigate.👍
