5 stars: Excellent site. Good range of products at competitive prices. Ability to have multiple lists is super helpful. Best feature is free shipping when you spend a reasonable amount. Deliveries are always well packaged and quick to arrive (a bit longer during COVID) Have been ordering all my herbs and vitamins from iHerb since the company started and have never had a problem.

4 stars: I order frequently so it helps to use the app. It sometimes jumps around a bit though. And the address section is only set up for the US.
3 stars: Good app .. but unfortunately not working well in Lebanon. I tried to buy many times but I couldn't finish the processing coz of problem with payments I doubled check with my card .. its working 100% but only on iHerb doesn't work
