5 stars: Two best features of Pronto: 1. Account-based, means just load $$ in your account (phone or physical card) and ride smoothly - even free for entire September'21. 2. No need to purchase daily or monthly pass. It will never deduct more than the cost of a daily/monthly pass anyways - best value for your $$.
5 stars: My first impressions are very good. Live status updates, trip planner, multiple ways to pay, favorite stations \u0026 trips, everything seems to be there. I can't find an entire map for the trolley system, that would be nice to have. Looks like a great start!
4 stars: Looks promising and hope it stays. See that I might be able to get my student rate from the app which is convenient, but it won't work yet. Won't let me input any info and just says I'm not eligible. Just hope the issue is temporary leading up to its official launch or the actual start to the semester
4 stars: The trick is to register on the pronto website, you'll get invalid email if you try to register through the app, besides that it works great. Took a star off because you can't register successfully via the app.
3 stars: Editing my review because I was able to log in after changing my password to something shorter and with additional security, but I shouldn't have been able to create an invalid password in the first place
