5 stars: Car was on the spot where it showed and it was clean and fueled up. My drivers license wasn't recognized at first, but one phone call to customer service did the trick. Can recommend.
3 stars: One of the step required to upload the licebse consist in taking a picture of yourself. I cannot upload my license since the app does not recognize my face. I have been trying for 1 hour, using different background and illuminations source, but nothing work.
4 stars: Pretty good service, and a fair price. Wish the drop off area would expand to the whole of hovedstaden region. Copenhagen already have great public transportation, so to me it's more useful outside of Central.
5 stars: Good app. Once you pass registration (which can require few tries uploading a documents) it works fine. Use this reference code MGM-BUHK-JBLW-EMV8-CMHT to register and you'll get 10 eur.
