4 stars: I use this app all the time. It is easy to use and helped me find my place.
3 stars: Har really needs you to have the ability to hide what you are not interested in. Also, I do not believe all the houses come up that are available. A house I looked at yesterday, is no longer showing, and I know it's still on the market. It had been on the market 3 days when it finally came up on my search and I use the same search every time.

3 stars: HAR does a decent job but need MORE filter options to help narrow down your search, such as fireplace, gas or electric range/oven, gas or electric dryer and add flood factor risk like other realty sites are doing. Also need to set uniformity informational rules for realtors who list properties; it makes me laugh when a property is listed and hardly any description and 2 pictures of exteriors.
4 stars: Great tool. Needs some additional filter options. For example: gas or electric range or dryer. If the user only wants a home with gas they can filter out electric. Also, exclude a subdivision.
5 stars: Easy to use. Filter what you want and it will pop up. Been looking for awhile for the perfect home. I think I'm close to finding it. Har is legit!
