5 stars: Awesome! No contact. Order in app. Receive code and enter into the touchpad on the portal pickup. Everything hot will be in on your drawer. Quick and easy. App runs smooth and fast. My only complaint is you cannot make it a number one two or three combination meal. Everything is a la carte unless it's a currently advertised special combination.
3 stars: The first and only time my local Little Caesar's has ever gotten my order wrong was also the first and only time I ever placed my order with the app. IDK if the app is why the order was made incorrectly or not but I'm not very happy about it. I'll probably give the app 1 more try but if the same thing happens again I'll be placing all my orders over the phone or in person.
3 stars: my only request is that there is no place or option to add extra butter and cheese on the bread sticks. most of the time they are dry and suck. other than that, the app is simple and works fine. not much to it, but user friendly I would say .
3 stars: seems like every three to five minutes it tells me I have no internet and to check my settings and there's no option to click out of that you have to click go to settings, where it tells me that my internet is just fine but when you go back to the app anything that's been added to your cart has disappeared so it just took me about 35 minutes to order a damn pizza and breadsticks so that was frustrating but Jesus the pizza is so good 😂
