5 stars: Great product, I train alone most of the time, triathlon. Swim bike run. And fancied a bit of a change I come from an endurance background (rowing) so this is right up my street. I'm also serving in the military.
5 stars: I purchased the annual sub and so far it rocks. I've been watching the Netflix series, Lucifer, and found the official trainers Lucifer workout by Paolo Mascitti. Pretty wild if you ask me! I can now cancel my group gym membership with confidence that I'll be able to get in a quality workout at Planet Fitness.
3 stars: Decent app but in my opinion it's missing some key functionalities to make it fully suitable for weight training (currently following Nick Bare's Hybrid Athlete programme), E.g. Its not possible to record number of reps managed and weights used. There is a lot of potential so I'll probably come back to it in 3-6 months in the hope that these new features (amongst others) have been added on.
5 stars: it's an awesome app. There's so many options to suit your lifestyle, or whatever you're looking for fitness wise. The nutrition guides help alot as well. Overall very excited that I found it ☺🤗 I personally love the 8 week gym programs, and yoga.
