5 stars: Amazing. I find everything I need at a better price than anywhere else. They have a wide variery of health products which are not easily available and if so much more expensive. Love the newly introduced rewards for reviews of the product. I always look at reviews before I buy anything, so Im glad Iherb encourages customers to leave reviews by incentivizing them.
5 stars: This app is super easy to use! I had placed my first couple of orders online (not on the app) and when I down loaded the app it brought over all of my info and order history, plus now I can just use my fingerprint to sign in! Plus they have things that aren't easy to find in my area (even though I live 30 mins from where the snacks I order are based/ made). So far, it's nothing but ❤ for iHerb!
3 stars: This app used to work well, but it's terrible now. It doesn't sync to your online cart anymore (which seems like a pretty basic thing). It's a shame, because I quite enjoy buying from iHerb. UPDATED: The out of stock issue was fixed by using iHerb's suggestion. Thank you! I've updated to three stars from one star.
4 stars: Tried the app for the first time, looks nice, not as comfortable as the web page, of course, but I will certainly use it as mobile phone is preferable. The only problem appeared when I tried to pick up the shipping address. The page just didn't download, I had to refresh it several times.
