3 stars: So the Wendy's app is probably the easiest app to order through. Very simple and very intuitive. Paying is a completely different experience however. If you start an order and haven't added a payment method hold on! The app isn't clear of you can just pay with a credit card or of you have to load a Wendy's account like Starbucks. It leans heavily towards looking implying you have to load your account first. Let me tell you that you don't.
5 stars: This is a very well thought out application; favorite ordering location, custom naming of both favorite items and favorite meals, and auto max brightness when displaying your account QR code that returns to your original brightness setting upon close (This is an app function and not an actual change to your brightness settings). The rewards and coupon like offers in the application are nice too. I'm impressed. Well done!
3 stars: Good app, but could be better!! I cannot seem to always rely on using the coupons, especially on the last day they are valid! Always tells me something like the coupon isn't found, which is rather annoying when I'm at the drive-thru window and I ordered that item mainly because of the coupon. Then the coupon doesn't work and I have to take the item off my order! Please fix!!
5 stars: From stud to a dud! Tried to make a purchase yesterday, and it tells me my order is already being processed. WHAT? I go and try again, same thing. I add some fund to the account and they sucked that up imme...
