4 stars: the app has been easy and convient to use. however the last couple months I have not been able to submit a claim with the app because it does allow adding a photo with the claim like it used to.
3 stars: Difficult to navigate with many longin issues. It works, but it's almost more worth it to use the more stable website as the app isn't very convenient.
3 stars: App wouldn't let me go back to upload receipt. Had to rewrite everything. Wouldn't let me upload pdf download but only photo from gallery. Super frustrating and wasted my time. On Samsung ultra 20 plus.
3 stars: App only allows jpg or bmp invoices/receipts. Most service providers provide pdf to save paper. PDF should be default with image files as secondary options
