4 stars: So far so good. I've experienced some glitches on my laptop then download issues to my cellphone. I feel that some of their descriptions of services are lacking as a whole. I've used 4 other anti-virus companies to date. So far, TotalAV is the most cost effective with the least amount of issues with their product.
3 stars: Just downloaded last night so no real experience yet but already a complaint. The free version does not provide access to the VPN. You have to upgrade which is fine except that after I paid for the upgrade I still can't access the VPN. Every time I try, I am asked to upgrade sgain. How many times do I have to pay the upgrade fee to be able to access it? If no access within 24 hours I'll be disputing that charge. Hope this gets addressed.
5 stars: Absolutely brilliant! Great service for a great price. Had an issue with loading up my end and even in Good Friday the team emailed me back within minutes. Took less than an hour of back and forth to get it working. And even though it was ultimately my mistake, they remained calm and professional throughout. And being able to use the service on multiple devices? Even better! Best purchase you'll ever buy!
