5 stars: Easy to use and navigate ads come out at the end of your stretch but it takes up the whole screen. So far I have no complaints. Wake up really early morning do my stretch by using this app 5-10 minutes and done I'm condition to work. I like the feature of counting you dont have to look on your phone just listen and it'll guide you. Highly recommend this app.
5 stars: Easy to follow stretching/ workout plans, that usually last half a minute. And it reminds me everyday when it's time for exercises. I simply love it. It makes organisation of my time and the effort much, much easier! Awesome app!
5 stars: I love this app. I have a breathing condition and a lot of fitness classes and apps are too strenuous for me and are off putting. This app is great because it allows me to pause or edit workouts and slowly build my stamina. Love it!
