4 stars: After having the Alexa for years, I'm not sure why she still gets things wrong sometimes. You often have to repeat questions or commands before the task is carried out. However overall, I like the convenience of having her there to play my music, create my shopping list, and remind me of important tasks.
5 stars: I now have 3 devices and multiple plugs and switches, Alexa has been a huge part of out day to day life from giving me new meals to make to playing frozen in the kids room and my favourites downstairs. The app is super easy to use I've never had a problem linking outside apps either (tapo and maross) being just two of the outside apps I've had to link.
