5 stars: Never had a problem. Quick, easy, efficient, and this is the only food ordering app I've found who accepts PayPal as payment. Since I do not own and do not want to own a credit card, that is a big deal for me! ETA: continue to order from this restaurant and have only been disappointed once, and they went above and beyond to make it right.
5 stars: Never had a problem with this app, fees and delivery charge is reasonable considering someone has to drive to a restrautant and personally deliver your order to your door. Promo codes are always nice and EatsPass is worth while. Only had an issue once and it was when the restaurant handled their own delivery. Dangerous, but useful app!

3 stars: Ordering is easy but resolving issues is hard. As a former delivery person I find the app mediocre on both sides of the transaction. Hopefully delivery drivers will be recognized as employees soon and be given their due. I give this three to try and get some criticism of the model more visible - real rating is 2 because it seems to have improved lately
