5 stars: Simple, Easy \u0026 Free! As a first time user of the software, I did 3 separate returns for myself and a couple family members. I wish I had used it in prior years, because it user friendly and has a professional feel compared to what I used before. For basic tax returns, this works great and for more complex returns, there is always the option to upgrade to paid features.
5 stars: It's very good app , I did my taxes on it for the second year in row ,it's easy to use ,it's very useful, I highly recommended, no need to take appointment with your bookkeeper ,you can do your taxes by yourself and save some money and time ,everything is done automatically online, awesome team .
5 stars: Super easy to use. Very user friendly, saves info from previous year so you don't have to go through paperwork. More sites should be as easy as this! * *AAA
3 stars: The app worked very well and did my taxes and a friend's taxes quickly and efficiently, but when I paid through google pay( which was the only option you are given) I inadvertently paid three times instead of two and now they won't refund my overpayment.
5 stars: It was easy to use, and helpful. Especially considering it was free. Being able to use it on my android devices, Apple devices or computer, was great.
4 stars: I don't agree with charging people money for the information that they are entitled to have. We have to pay to find out how much we have to pay? Very crooked in my opinion. That being said...
