4 stars: Basic photo editing app with common and least common tools in its inventory works fine. 👍 Yet these features are pretty common so I won't use Picfy as a photo editor. It's much better for creating collages, Insta stories or other images for social media because it has tons of stickers, templates, overlays and so on (both free and paid ones). 😊
