3 stars: Slow to interface with our Epic EHR. Big lag between entering your ID and the popup to type in the number generated. I hear it is faater if you use your print-but mine are not useable That is true for many of us who have washed our ridges away-so fix it please.
3 stars: Push notifications stopped working since updating to Android 11. Having to open the launch the app and wait for the Approve link. Lazy devs need a kick in the @$$ and fix it.
3 stars: Since last update no longer automatically pops up when request is sent, have to manually go into app to approve and typically have to push another notification
3 stars: A necessary evil depending on your work's IT practices. since the most recent update however, I can no longer approve from the notification shade. No options are available when I pull down from the notification shade when prompted. Instead the app opens up; slowing down the whole process
5 stars: The new version of the app is a very much needed update! The ability to turn off Bluetooth (Simple e-prescribing) is great and addresses a lot of concerns the users in our organization have raised.
5 stars: App makes it so easy to get the second factor of authentication I need for my works VPN. This is so much easier than typing in a token key! I can approve right from my lock screen making it that much faster!
