4 stars: Vaccine update was excellent,but a reminder 3 days ahead would be better.Luckly I checked and only the previous night I knew otherwise I would have missed the schedule.May be can include grab,I cannot assess grab,each time cannot verify my picture in their update.No such problem with MySejahtera.Thanks.Try the reminders and include more facilities like grab.
4 stars: It is good if the apps can provide the details and time which a person (casual/closed contact) exposed to any positive covid patient. Please also re-construct SOP for scanning using mySejahtera because if commute using public transport like mrt/ktm/lrt, the place recorded only at entrance station. It is to vague to monitor and trace any cases.
3 stars: It's a bit confusing at first .. When I try to register it, my IC number have been used. Can't change it? Can you make an update for one chance to change our profile information? I want to register, but it say the ic/passport was already used or it already in your information. I don't know what happened. Try uninstall, reinstall back doesn't work ... how to fix it.
