4 stars: Id say the app is amazing. It gives a lot of customization regarding workouts and many recipes are available. Subscription is also pretty affordable. The only thing is the recipes are very particular and some of them are not available in regions of the world. I suggest pamela to create a sort of section to get recipes according to your continental choices. That's all.

3 stars: i loved the app but since the new update i am unable to open my workout plan. everything else works normally, but whenever i try to open my workout plan i get thrown out of the app and receive the message 'Pam keeps stopping. close app / send feedback'
5 stars: Pam is truly inspirational and motivating. Her workouts really worked for me and I am so glad I found her videos. She seamlessly integrates exercises in her workouts that engages the areas you want to work on. Also, her dance videos are the best! There's nothing better than exercising but with a smile on your face☺️.
4 stars: Well, the app was amazing ,everything was well organized.But,unfortunately after the recent update,i cannot reach to get into my workout plans because the app is always stopping. I am so glad that i can get healthier with simplicity hoping the issue will be solved!
