3 stars: App needs a major update to work correctly and load faster. But you can order if you have patience and get items you pay for randomly separate days separate boxes as they come in. Maybe it's cause it's down the street but usually get my order in a day or 2. Then another when they randomly come in.
4 stars: Always love all the products, but sometimes things come damaged and not packaged well. But they always replace anything that's damaged, just a bummer you have to wait again to get it delivered.
4 stars: As soon as I tap to view a product the app stops working. I've used the app before and have had no issues. I dont know if this is a big or not but I hope it gets fixed soon.
3 stars: Sometimes they have really cool deals. But, they have terrible customer service and they don't tell you when products are out of stock and just cancel your order without ever notifying you.
5 stars: my favorite app for nail supplies. it makes shopping so easy. I've been shopping at Sally's since 1992 when I moved to Annapolis Maryland so when I moved back to DC I had to find and through the years technology and this app made my life easier. I wish I could give it 15 stars. never had any problems with this app. OK back to ordering.
