4 stars: Very Good app for instant loan. I submitted the application and within few minutes I received verification call. Next minute my loan was approved. Everything is fine but their interest rate is higher.

5 stars: Easy to follow steps. Found useful. Received my amount successfully. Also, the service department is good to update the changes personally on call in case we miss the notification. I liked this idea specifically. I applied the loan at 2.5% and in an update, it was revised at 5%. Although I missed it due to work and all. The team notified me and explained the details along with it.

But I add my wallet Rs. 5000/- on 20/03/2021, thereafter I can't any recharge or pay bill.I open my truebalance app-then I saw Truebalance app does not work.In this time how can I do or how can returned my wallet money?
