5 stars: I had experience with force closing, then i was given link to their customer service. They gave me some steps to do, and now the problem is solved. The app runs well as before. Thank you.
4 stars: I only open this application once a month, only to enter unlimited voucher codes. but one thing I don't like, there must be internet to open it and every recharge the credit itself sucks up to the regular internet quota. I only use Smartfren because this is the only one who has unlimited monthly quota, otherwise I wouldn't use Smartfren. thankyou.

3 stars: Terrible.. Just terrible. Cant even login in my account, this app doesnt have any purpose of is existence, better just immediately erase it from playstore.
5 stars: For me the application is good. MySF Application describe your activity clearly, about your internet used, voice, sms and your bonus. Internet network is fast, I can watch movies every night and day, YouTube good.
4 stars: Cheaper internet package, sometime buy package can get bonus data to use internet, and you can use the app on any network or any wifi,
3 stars: forced closed setelah update recent Android System Webview.. juga setelah clear cache, bahkan clear user data (Android 10, MIUI 12)
