5 stars: It's a really great app but the drivers need to know the location of the people they're picking ....but none the less it's a great app and try giving people a second chance at bolt when they are blocked once if they repeat the same mistake then u block them permanently and try hearing form their perspective 😁
3 stars: Beware! The system tends to mess up navigation and location. May charge you twice as usual with no reasonable arguments. Even if you see the higher price, there is no chance to communicate with support team, until the ride is actually completed. Too bad! used to use this service frequently.
