4 stars: Tawk to is a very wonderful App.... It has helped many businesses in no small way. My only concern is the Android app doesn't work well in the background. Y9u have to stay on the app to catch live chats. Asides that, they deserve a round of applause
3 stars: Seems like a great products, but it doesn't always receive Push notifications (for Realme5, Android 10). Have tried Glimpse, change battery settings, load at startup etc It works for a while, then stops. Also there is no chat history when chat window is closed
3 stars: I am facing problems with this app,messages of visitor that can be seen in dashboard sometimes it take more time to comes on app,and many times they dumped suddenly,I missing many visitors due to this.
3 stars: Good app, but we have missed many conversations on app as we receive notifications of messages very late and the customers gone untill that.
3 stars: App works great but the icon becomes an annoying section of the website. We just deleted because we did not want the icon popping up every 5 seconds.
