3 stars: I believe there is room for improvement, specially when waiting for cabi to take on the ride. Also when complaining about a ride, I had to continue the conversation out side the app, that's just bad service.
3 stars: Easy to use. Just tried it. A ride in Mexico cost $159 pesos on this app, but only $109 on Uber.

4 stars: Great service, but the app is not that friendly to the user
4 stars: App stopped working. Uninstalled it to reinstall. It asks me to insert my cell phone number, I do, then it asks me for a code suposedly sent to my phone by SMS... No such code arrives. UPDATE: They helped at customer service and now so works perfectly well!!
4 stars: Using a credit card they charge the ride price before you get in the cab
5 stars: I can't receive a verification code. I never receive an SMS. I can't use the app.
4 stars: Super easy to understand and order! Drivers come quick and are always very clean and respectful, definitely one of the best driving applications I've tried all over the world. The only issue I've had with it was trying to order a large vechile which took over an hour and never ended up with a car, but the smaller cars are easy and fast.
