5 stars: This app is sooo cool. You can make your own phone background and put pictures together to make memories. There are no ads which not many apps have. There are no problems with this it is free and if you have been trying to make collages then this is perfect. Try it out.
5 stars: I have tried MANY apps for use with photos and none really compare to PicCollage. It is the perfect mix of options and features and the user doesn't need a volume of wiki literature to read through in order to figure out how to use this app. Imagination is truly the only limit...!!!
4 stars: Won't load photo. Going to delete and try again. Update: The new version seems to work better on my mobile phone. It's a good app. when you want to send online greetings instantly. I have used PicCollage on my laptop using MSN to send Christmas greetings this year. After some time waiting for the templates to load it worked okay!
5 stars: Love that I can make my own cards or use already designed cards and spruce them up with stickers. Being able to share them with Facebook and personal inboxes is a huge plus, especially around holidays and birthdays. If I can't find what I want on PicCollage I can look on the web and use it in PicCollage. That's so cool. It gives me more ways to decorate and decorating doesn't take long like doing a layout on paper. Thanks PicCollage!
