4 stars: Not sure what problems others are having based on the reviews but the app works for me 9/10 times. If the app isn't working for you then it's probably something you're doing wrong. My only thing is....I just wish it had other features, such as the opening and closing of the windows. Not a major deal but just something nice to have.

3 stars: I purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee last week. I setup the Uconnect at the dealership with the salesman. The only thing that I can't seem to get to work is the remote start from the app. It works from the fob but, the app fails everytime. It actually has got me so mad!
