4 stars: Just started for the first time. It took an hour or so to sync my results from last nights sleep but it worked. Make sure you have good signal network (don't leave it in a drawer). Based on the reviews I was worried it wasn't going to work. I am happy it works. So far it's good.

Really makes visiting your care provider optional. ---- UPDATE----- Everytime you log in, it asks you to download the software again. When you do, it says it is installed. 3 stars: Functionally it's fine - the same app as the old version that is fairly limited in functionality but does what it's supposed to. The way the 'update' was implemented by forcing users to install a second instance of the app with no fundamental changes instead of just rolling out an update to the old one seems pretty dumb.
5 stars: It was perfect for a year + until I was forced to update. Now I have to update every time just to enter the app. Only one complaint but it is a doozy. Fixed problems by uninstalling and reinstalling everything. People designing this app should realize most of its users are older (like me) and not tech savvy.
