5 stars: I like it that you don't have to run back to the meter, can just pay from where you are at.
5 stars: Very useful. Loads easier than running back to the car to feed the meter... I think this app is a cell phone essential if you have a car in any city.
4 stars: Handy. No more lining up at the parking meter to watch someone fiddle with it for 10 mins like it's their first bra on prom night. One star off because the app occasionally freezes up, particularly when I'm running late.
3 stars: System kept freezing today and I was unable to pay for parking for 40 mins and got a parking ticket... Otherwise it's a great app and very convenient
5 stars: Works really fast. As far as an essential app, it doesn't take a lot of space and it seems secure.

5 stars: Convenient way to pay for your parking specially in Downtown Vancouver. Way cheaper from other parking options. My experience with the customer service was awesome as well. Highly recommended.
