3 stars: For the last several months I have been unable to do more than 10 second reels in stories. I've uninstalled and installed the app several times, and nothing changes. It's very frustrating! Plus, the algorithm has me hidden from everyone. My friends don't even see me on their homescreen. They have to go searching. Instagram needs to get out of the way of someone trying to grow a business. Please fix these issues.
3 stars: The Instagram experience is getting worse each day. I'm unable to follow back people. They are following me, but I can't follow them back even after trying several times. Also, the message notification is popping up without getting any message, it's really so much annoying and waste of time checking every time for a message which is not there.... 5 stars: Anyone else having problems with making reels? I can not edit a reel on the app or else it will turn green and pixelated. I've lost many reels now because of this. I've deleted and downloaded the app again and made sure we have the most updated version. It happens on my husband's phone as well. We have Samsung Note 9's. Please help
