4 stars: Would have given it a 5 star, if I could ALWAYS download videos I want. Sometimes it just doesn't.
5 stars: works very well, and is very clean. simply follow it's listed directions and videos and gifs will be downloaded to your device in the highest resolution. 10/10 also the pro version is worth it it's only a dollar and you don't have to watch a video first :)

3 stars: If you just want to download Twitter videos to your gallery, then you can use this app. It has the usual annoying ads, and doesn't let you know if your video was successfully downloaded, so you'll have to manually navigate away from the app to check your gallery. It's nothing revolutionary, but it'll work.
5 stars: Works perfectly for downloading gifs and videos from tweets. Yes, there are ads, but you can skip them after a few seconds. Tip: Instead of copying and pasting Twitter link, you can simply press the share icon on the tweet and choose to share directly to this app. Works just fine.
5 stars: Re-review. Works fine. Always use the regular one, the ads will be gone. Pro is more like a key.
