4 stars: I love more than what I dislike about Bitrix. I wish there was 2 way sms in the CRM contact. Also, as others mention,the app could be better but I am glad they even have an app that is front facing of the web version. Would I recommend it, yes but be a bit tech savvy and have time to set everything up. After you have stuff set up the way you want, it's great, fantastic even.
3 stars: Everything is good except social media integration. Social media notification delay, mobile app glitch are the major issues need to be addressed
