5 stars: This app is really good at frequently guilt tripping you which makes it perfect for unmotivated beginners like myself. Its stupid simple and easy to follow. Videos show you exactly how to do the exercises and the app makes it really easy to get into a healthy routine by setting reminders for your next workout. For me..setting a routine i would stick to was 90% of the battle. This app helped immensely!
4 stars: So far, this app hasn't been intrusive to my daily life. It gives me a quick reminder to do SOME kind of workout, I do it, and I continue with my day. The reminder helps motivate me to keep going.

4 stars: Great app so far, except I checked at home workouts during set up and some exercises are showing me machines in a gym, so I have to stop and adjust. Plus is ask me to rate the app everyday which is annoying
5 stars: This is a very solid app. It does cost a little, but its easy to use, provides a variety of options both at the gym and at home, and even schedules workouts for you, catered to your pace.
