5 stars: You can't beat Jeff's experience in getting people results. This app has enough variations to keep every workout fun which helps give you something to look forward instead of dreading the same old thing. I use it 2 - 3x a day!

4 stars: The ap has been a great tool to get a quick ab workout. Also I've been getting great results with the training. Though a bit buggy sometimes and doesn't continue forward when switching exercises in the middle of some workouts. The resources are great and tips are ace.
4 stars: new update fixed many issues. Shuffle has a bug where it doesnt change the workout but still increments the number, so you have to manually hit reshuffle. Timer font is too small. Can't turn off workout reminder so have to block all notifications from the app. Other than that, this is an extremely useful app that I use...
