5 stars: If used properly this is an excellent workout from beginner to advanced. I'm 68 yrs old and have been through it twice. Slight variations allow me to complete all exercises. I've trimmed down from 230 to 185. As you start seeing results, proper diet becomes a focus. This was a plan I never had. Excellent
