3 stars: I have ordered from them many times. While their prices are pretty good, they frequently mess up shipments and straight up say they've sent something that was never actually sent. That being said, if you have issues, call their customer service line. They're usually pretty good and try their best to help. I just wish I didn't have to call on every package during the holiday season.
