5 stars: Trulia app is very useful. I love that it provides clear pictures of the properties, a crime map, school districts and you are able to communicate directly to the seller or renter. I recommend this app to everyone who is searching for a place. Very efficient.
4 stars: This app is Awesome! The only thing is that it recommends apartments that don't match any of my searches or filters! I hate getting notifications for studios when I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. Thanks for the app!

3 stars: My overall experience has been good. A couple things I would like to be able to do are: hide listings that aren't a good match and to be able to exclude certain property management companies from my search.
4 stars: I love this app. The last day or so though it acts like I didn't just see a push notification for a new listing, or that I have anything to look at that I literally just viewed. It's very unnerving when you're desperate to find a home.
