5 stars: Although the number of takeaways are limited in my area, this is not a fault of Deliveroo. I have always found that their riders and customer service offer exceptional service. Any problems I have had have always been rectified quickly and all my orders have turned up on time if not quicker. In these difficult times it's good to have a reliable service such as Deliveroo.
4 stars: App is very good. 9/10, everything goes fine, nice that you can see where your rider is. Great selection of restaurants. Sometimes there can be mistakes with orders, or even they don't turn up, but when reported they're happy to give the money back. Would be 5 stars if they didn't insist on giving time limited credit first when this happens. Just insist on getting your money back if this happens and they will oblige though.

5 stars: The estimated timing is mainly accurate, otherwise its earlier. Delivery is great and really fast. It has great food options and has a massive range of restaurants. Also it keeps you updated, when your food is being cooked, when the rider are on their way, how far they are. Truly amazing, especially for a year like 2020. I highly reccomend this app
