4 stars: Will there be an update soon so you can set the local news (not the Stockholm news) for live streaming?
3 stars: Very good choice of things to watch but sometimes fails to cast to chromecast (casting symbol missing). Starting YouTube and cast from there will bring back the cast button to SVT-play. Also in one of five times the SVT-play app isn't populated with anything to watch - only closing SVT-play and restarting it will bring back content to the app. Please fix, these issues have been apparent for as long as I can remember.
4 stars: As per EU request, enable ability to lower resolution to save bandwidth used by streaming services. The current option still uses gobs of bandwidth, 330mb/hour still loads when streaming on a mere 320x140 pixel screen. Chromecast are ... as removed ability to force change maximum resolution in home app. It will nearly always stream at 1920x1080 if possible even on mobile broadband.
3 stars: Some programs are not displaying in other countries than Sweden. I don't have autorotation option on my phone and the app is not rotating the picture so everything is very small and hurts eyes during watching. SVT Barn is much better in this matter.
5 stars: One of the best things about SVT is that their digital transformation was before the times when it came to streaming and the availability and reliability of this app is another great example of SVT and public service at its best.
