4 stars: I love the simplicity of the devices. The picture and sound are of good quality. The activity zones are a bit hokey. A wireless, dc battery powered device tells me that the activity zones are disabled because ac power has been disconnected? That is obsurd. While there is good information in the community forum, there is no viable answer as to why this happens. If it's a glitch, fix it please.
4 stars: The camera system was the easiest new toy I've ever bought with regards to set up, and it's working very well. The only issues outstanding are it's picking up motion outside the zone, and granting access to another family member.
3 stars: App is constantly glitchy. Cameras won't load half the time, continuously says my cameras are not connected. Finding the settings options you are looking for is near impossible. I dont understand why the settings for each camera can't be in one location. Nope you have to hire a detective team to figure out where to find specific settings. This app needs some serious modifications!
4 stars: I love this camera system, the apps, all of it, but I don't like that sometimes it doesn't capture on time the movements, it's like it detect movements too late and you don't have the entire information.
5 stars: I love the app and the product! I love the sleek style of it and the picture is extremely clear. But I'm frustrated as to why I can't get any sound...??? No audio at all. I don't know if it's the app or device its self.
