4 stars: so useful if all the trains run on schedule. Near real-time or updated information on new schedule regarding delays is not available on regular (non-paying) subscribers. However, this is good enough already in travel tine estimate and overall fare.

5 stars: 都バスのバス停の場所が違っている所が有るので、それを直して欲しい。新宿西口の降車場所が実際の場所とは違っています。徒歩のルート検索で遠回りになる所が有るので、それも直して欲しいです。新丸子東のアニマルメディカルセンターの位置が間違っています。 要らないブックマークにチェックを入れて削除したら、全てのブックマークが消えてしまう。
