5 stars: Data Driven Smart Watch If you love the performance data and adjust to hit your goals, Polar is awesome. Real benchmarks, sleep data, easy to quantify heart rate zones and Les Mills specific program profiles.
5 stars: Love this app. It snyc well. Monitors lots of different activity. Sleep, heartrate, intensity, daily weekly and monthly activities. Also watch is water proof.
3 stars: I found a good instruction to get the first connect between the watches and the phone in the manual but there is no it in the app. Requirement to hold location on makes me suffer.
4 stars: App is a useful additionele to Polar Beat. Will get five stars if it let's me trim sessions, for example after forgetting to end a session.
3 stars: It's early days and still trying things out. Buy it isn't as intuitive as Google Fit or Apple Health And it's a pain having to manually sync the watch to the app.
4 stars: OK, I had two stars. It works much, much better now. Ps dear polar if u can let me stop the app from logging out every few days that'd help me add a star or two. If we wanna keep the app open, let us., Bluetooth works better thank it used to. Can we have a daytime sleep' setting? Sometimes I sleep during the day, would be great to have a sleep monitor.
